Booking Your Hunt

• 50% non-refundable deposit to book hunt. 
• Remaining balance due upon arrival in cash or paid online before 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations may be transferred to another hunter.
• Contract and Liability forms to be completed upon booking. 

Licensing

• Hunting licenses and tags are purchased for you prior to your arrival. You will be required to purchase a WIN (Wildlife Identification Number) if you do not have one already.

Wounding Policy

• Any animal that is shot and draws blood will be concidered harvested. Every effort will be made to recover the animal; however, if blood is found, the hunters tag will be notched and the hunt will be considered complete, whether or not the animal is recovered.

Trophy Care

• Black Bears will be skinned and frozen for you to transport home with you. Within 30 days of kill date, your hunting license and tag act as your export permit. You will need to fill out US import permit at customs upon departure. If you would prefer to have your taxidermy work done here we can arrange that as well. 
• Wolves require a CITES permit and Alberta Export Permit and must be left to be registered before being shipped. If you would prefer to have your taxidermy work done here we can arrange that as well. 
• Prairie West Taxidermy is a local taxidermy shop and will gift 10% off all taxidermy work to all DMK outfitting clients if you decide to choose them as your taxidermist.
