Our remote hunting territory is accessible by road yet feels worlds away from civilization. With carefully managed bait sites, extensive preseason preparation, and a commitment to harvesting mature boars, we provide hunters with an opportunity to pursue trophy black bears in some of Alberta’s most productive bear country.

Our story
DMK Outfitting Ltd. is a family-owned outfitting operation located in the far northeast corner of Alberta. Named after Donnie, Merritt, and Kiersten, our business is built around a shared love for the outdoors and the wilderness we call home.
We live where we hunt and take pride in sharing the authentic northern Alberta hunting experience with our clients. Donnie is an avid hunter and taxidermist trained at the Montana School of Taxidermy, bringing a deep appreciation for wildlife and trophy quality to every hunt.
